Peanut Cookie Tarts

✔ Ingredients
• 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 100 g milk chocolate, melted
• 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped peanuts
• Mini chocolate bars (optional, for topping)
✔ Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
2.Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
4.Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
5.Divide the dough into muffin tin wells, pressing it to form a tart-like shape.
6.Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
7.Fill each cookie tart with melted chocolate.
8.Top with chopped peanuts and mini chocolate bars for garnish.
9.Let set and serve!
