Grilled Lobster Tail

“Juicy, tender lobster tail drizzled with a rich and flavorful garlic butter sauce, perfect for an elegant dinner or special occasion.”

Ingredients:

  • For the Lobster Tails:
    • 4 lobster tails
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
    • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Directions:
1.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top.
2.Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3.Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked.
4.While the lobster is grilling, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a small saucepan, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
5.Remove the lobster tails from the grill and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with additional parsley and serve immediately.
